Meet Our Senior Team

Dr Anthony Dean

Director

Whilst working as a support worker for a national children's charity as a teenager, Anthony became interested in intellectual disabilities and mental health. He began working in psychiatry in 1999 after studying Medicine at the University of Dundee. He is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and a member of several special interest groups. Anthony has much experience in both the NHS and the independent sector. He has worked across a wide variety of community and specialist hospital settings. 
He has previously worked as a Medical Director and a Responsible Officer to ensure that doctors work within a managed environment, in which their performance, conduct and behaviour are all monitored against agreed national standards. He has an interest in clinical governance and the legal frameworks which facilitate and guide care.  In his spare time, Anthony enjoys sports and music.

Andrew MacGlashan

Director

I have a 30 year track-record of delivering programmes in the public, private and third sectors. I have used  operational and strategic capabilities to support the integration and development of services across health and social care, created more intelligent service delivery models  An experienced and knowledgeable Health and Adult Social Care Senior Executive and Statutory Director and Skilled in strategy development and operational implementation. I aim to maximise human capital by creating a culture where by individuals feel supported and confident to aspire to strive for excellence. Committed to delivering excellence and put patients, carers and family at the heart of my approach.
In my spare time I enjoy sport, music and keeping fit

Director

Ryan is an experienced Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities having worked in health and social care for the last 21 years. Ryan first supported adults with a learning disability whilst working as a football coach in the North East before taking a full-time role as a support worker working with adults with Autism. This gave Ryan the experience and motivation to go to University and qualify as a Registered Nurse.
Ryan has since worked in several nursing and managerial roles in England, Scotland, and Wales. In more recent times Ryan has held senior executive roles primarily in governance, quality, and strategic and operational leadership.
Ryan has a keen interest in performance management processes, continuous improvement and coaching and mentorship. In his spare time Ryan enjoys time with his family and keeping fit and well, engaging in a range of sports and fitness activities.
